My name is pronounced Fel-ee-chay, and I’m passionate about guiding women with autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, and chronic illnesses toward rewriting their inner stories and creating brave, bold new chapters in their lives.

After recovering from nervous system burnout and experiencing firsthand the challenges of autoimmune diseases, I discovered my true calling: coaching.

For the past four years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women navigate the complexities of chronic illness, not as limitations but as opportunities for growth, self-compassion, and transformation. My own experiences have taught me that healing isn’t just about the body—it’s about the stories we tell ourselves and the lives we choose to create.
